This Privacy Policy describes how GlobeMed Limited (“GlobeMed”, "us", "we", or "our") operates GlobeMed Fit (the “Application”), the software tool by which personal data and other information is collected. As used herein, “You” and “Your” refer to the natural person who wishes to use the Application. You and other users of the Application are jointly referred to as “Users”. The natural person using this Application may be the owner himself or be authorized by the natural person to whom the personal data refers or belong to (“Data Subject”). This page informs You of GlobeMed policies regarding the access, collection or transfer, use, storage, process, maintenance, upload, sync, share, benefit, security and disclosure (collectively the “Collection and Use”) of personal, medical, non-Identifiable Information and any kind of data and information related to YOU (“Data”).

By using the Application, You agree to the Collection and Use of Your Data by GlobeMed and another party it designates in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of this Application.

GlobeMed may modify this Privacy Policy at any time effective upon its posting.   Personal Data shall mean any information related to YOU , such as: first and last names, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, mailing address, IP address, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), blood type, nationality, location, language, or any other personal characteristic, general activity data, fitness activity, body measurements and indexes, an identification number or insurance policy number, or insurance card number or one or more factors specific to Your physical and medical condition profile, etc.
  Failure to provide certain Personal Data may make it impossible for this Application to function or provide the intended services.
  
  The Personal Data may be freely provided by Yourself, or collected automatically when using this Application.
2. Non-Identifiable Information
  The non-identifiable information are information related to the Application Users , such as the serial number of Your personal digital assistant (i.e., iOS or Android Device), geographic location, activity tracking data, medication adherence data, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by You, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or Your IT environment, and other non-personally identifiable information.
Cookies
Any use of Cookies - or of other tracking tools - by this Application or by Third Party Services, unless stated otherwise, serves to identify You and remember Your preferences, for the sole purpose of providing and improving the services.
The Data Collection and Use Purpose
GlobeMed may, with respect to the confidentiality of the Data, use or benefit from any Data that it may collect from You while using the Application. The Data Collection and Use Purpose is to allow the Application to function as per its features and provide the intended services, as well as handling activity data and access to third party accounts (e.g., Facebook, Fitbit, etc.). We may also use/conduct Data analysis and statistics to improve our services.
The Data Collection and Use Purpose may be also outlined in the other sections of this document and in the terms and conditions.
System Logs and Maintenance
For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any Third Party Services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) or use for this purpose other Personal Data (such as IP Address).
Security
The Application processes Your Data in a proper manner and shall take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of Your Data. Nevertheless, due to the nature of Internet and Internet technologies, security and privacy risks cannot be fully eliminated and GlobeMed cannot fully guarantee that your Data will not be accessed in ways not otherwise contemplated in this Policy.
Methods and Place of Processing
1. Methods
  The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to GlobeMed, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary (“Data Processor”). The latter may be the natural person, legal person, association or organization or any other body authorized by GlobeMed to process the Data in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Place
  The Data is processed at GlobeMed’s operating offices and in any other places identified by GlobeMed where the Data is held and/or processed.
Other Third Parties
You understand that third parties, including GlobeMed’s affiliates, subsidiaries, associates, sister companies and identified third parties by GlobeMed may collect, use and/or disclose the Data while using the Application.
GlobeMed may be involved in the sale or transfer of some or all of its assets or other transactions. As part of that transaction, GlobeMed may disclose Your Data to the acquiring organization or other organization involved in the transaction, to the extent permitted by law, but will require such organization to agree to protect the privacy of Your Data in a manner that is consistent with this Policy and Applicable Law.

1. Legal Action
  Your Data may be used for legal purposes by GlobeMed, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related services.
  You declare to be aware that GlobeMed may be required to reveal Your Data upon request of public authorities.
2. Additional Information about Your Data
  In addition to the information contained in this Privacy Policy, The Application may provide You with additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and processing of Your Data upon request.
Facebook permissions asked by this Application
This Application may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing the Application to perform actions with Your Facebook account and to retrieve information, including Personal Data, from it.
For more information about the following permissions, refer to the Facebook permissions documentation and to the Facebook privacy policy. The permissions asked for are the following:
- Basic information: by default, this includes certain of Your Data such as ID, name, picture, gender, and location. If You have made more of Your Data public, more information will be available.
- Email: this includes access to Your primary email address.
Age Suitable
The Application is intended to be used by the general public and is not suitable for children under the age of 18. GlobeMed shall have the right to delete any information stored by the child under the age of 18 if such storage was performed without parental consent.
